In accordance with federal regulations, Fabyan Elementary, is committed to transparency and accountability. As a tax-exempt nonprofit organization, we will provide, upon request, copies of the following documents:
- Our three most recently filed IRS Form 990 annual information returns
- Our original application for federal tax-exemption (IRS Form 1023 or 1024), including all supporting documents and correspondence with the IRS
